As a Nutritional Consultant and a Certified Health & Lifestyle coach Suzanne understands that there are so many different opinions, approaches and personal choices out there when it comes to embarking on healthy eating and weight loss programmes. 

It can be so quite confusing for people, ultimately, who is right? Which diet book, magazine article or latest study do you believe? 

What is important though is to understand that there is no ‘one sized diet that fits all’! 

We are each individuals, with individual needs, wants, goals, preferences and desires! 

This being the case Suzanne wanted to put together a handy reference guide on healthy eating to help dispel some of the confusion. 

Suzanne wanted to simplify and condense what she has learned over the years into this one simple, easy to understand series of audiobooks. The DIET Secret series of audiobooks due out in January in good time for your New Year resolutions, will include all the key strategies and valuable information that Suzanne has developed and worked with over the last 20 years - For Suzanne this series of audiobooks has truly been a labour of love. 

Over the years of working as a nutritional consultant Suzanne has had the pleasure of seeing many people experience major improvements to their health by adapting and improving their diet, lifestyle, mind-set and ultimately their nutritional status. The series of 8 audiobooks will be released in January 2019.

Suzanne will also be writing an audiobook called COOL AT 50: Wise words for women in heir 40s approaching 50, which will be released in January 2019.
