Audiobook: Healing Meditation Music 110Hz 20 minutes. Narrated by Sara Dylan

Switch on your creative mind and ask the Universe to guide you. This frequency may also enhance traditional prayer.

Use earphones for maximum effect or play through speakers to create a frequency space.

After a brief introduction by Sara Dylan and some gentle music, you will experience a special healing meditation using a 110 Hz frequency tone. (This will be a continuous sine wave tone).

To reassure you about this frequency: 111Hz is the frequency of a low male voice. The musical note A (just next to the middle C) resonates at the frequency of 111Hz.

After your meditation experience you will be brought gently out of your meditation with soothing music and the reassuring voice of Sara Dylan. Enjoy.

Background: Many of the ancient temples and monuments in various parts of the world such as the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum Located in Paola, Malta, and the Newgrange a Stone Age (Neolithic) monument in the Boyne Valley, County Meath have one thing in common……. 110Hz sound that is engineered as resonance into their structures.

“Archaeoacoustics” is a new sub discipline within archaeology that studies the acoustics within archaeological sites and artefacts. Archaeologists who deal specifically with acoustics indicate that these chambers were used for rituals and chanting. In the structures, 110 Hz resonance is thought to have enhanced right brain activity. The right brain is the centre for art, poetry, sensuality, spirituality, feelings, imaginations and innovations.

Underpinning research: Dr Ian Cook of UCLA and colleagues published findings in 2008 of an experiment in which regional brain activity in a number of healthy volunteers was monitored by electroencephalography (EEG) and Quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) through exposure to different resonance frequencies.

Their findings indicated that at 110 Hz the patterns of activity over the prefrontal cortex abruptly shifted, resulting in a relative deactivation of the language centre and a temporary shifting from left to right-sided dominance related to emotional processing. This shifting did not occur at other frequencies. Other experiments are also showing that 110 Hz tends to stimulate certain brain rhythms associated with trance-like states.

Advice: There is no evidence that listening to sound at 110 Hz frequency does any harm. However; because frequencies can affect people differently, people who are prone to seizures or epilepsy should consult their Doctor before listening to this meditation.

Do not listen to this 110 Hz audio meditation when driving or operating machinery
